FIRST

Melon Salad - feta, cucumber, herbs, lime

Stuffed Blossoms - crab, chorizo, mascarpone, roe, buffalo + ranch

Spam Musubi - kewpie mayo, miso + tamari glaze

Fritters - zucchini, lemon + garlic yogurt

SECOND

Eggplant Parmesan - salsa di pomodoro, basil, sartori parmesan + feta

Mediterranean Trout - tomato confit broth, roasted potato, zucchini, tapenade + lemon oil

Bangers 'n Beans - fox farms bangers, mashed beans, fried onion + pork gravy

Pork Shoulder - Korean style, kimchi, rice, scallion, cured egg
